Why haven't I gotten a response to my message?

We respond to inquiries in the order that they are received, and sometimes it can take some time for us to send a response.
There are also some questions that we can't answer.
If you expect a response and you're not getting one, please check the following:
・Did you enter your email address correct?
・Did it get sent to your spam folder?
Also, some email accounts provided by phone companies don't accept emails sent from PCs. Please use a PC email address if possible.

Inquires can be sent 24 hours a day, but may take until the next day or longer to receive a reply. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received.
