What happens to my save data if I get a new PC?

As long as you log in with the same Z-aN ID you can still use your old save data.

What happens to my save data if I delete my Z-aN Account?

You'll lose your old game data and be unable to access the Z-aN Site. Even if you make a new account with the same address, your old data will be gone.

I uninstalled the software and want to reinstall. What happens to my save data if I log in with the same account?

After re-installing, you'll be able to use your old save data by logging in with your Z-aN Account.

I can't log into the game.

Check the following:

・Can you log into Z-aN?
・Have you put in your Z-aN account name (The email address you registered with Z-aN) and password properly?
・Are your PC specs meeting the requirements?
